Provision of Go-To-Market advisory
I provided Go-To-Market advice to a Dublin-based InsurTech company seeking to accelerate commercial traction.
The advice included B2B sales and marketing best practices tailored to the insurance industry’s long sales cycle; guidance on how to run a founder-led sales process; and periodic progress check-ins to ensure progress.


Creation of B2B marketing foundations
I built a best practice lean, scalable B2B marketing strategy and foundations for a young UK-based PropTech company targeting the US market.
Taking a low-cost, high-impact approach, the work involved planning and delivery across all channels, including: website, SEO, paid media, social, PR, content, email, sales enablement, and events.
Design & execution of multi-lingual SEO content operation
I designed and ran a new, multi-lingual content production operation for a US-based HRTech company.
The scope included defining and implementing scalable multi-market, multi-lingual processes and guidelines for 6 markets; recruiting and managing a team of local content writers; and liaison and project management across brand, design, SEO, content, and development teams in 5 countries..


MarTech consolidation, website & CRM migration
I reviewed the software stack used by a UK-based ResTech company’s commercial team, and recommended migration to a single, consolidated platform.
The migration project included setting up a CRM from scratch, importing historical and current data, and creating reporting; importing and setting up email marketing data and templates; and the selection and implementation of a new website template, and creation of a new website with refreshed content.
